2011 Fall League Structure
OYSA Competitive Leagues - Fall 2011 — Summary:
Leagues:
4 Regional Leagues providing competitive soccer:
• Portland Metro League (PML) - jointly operated by OYSA and WYS in Portland area and Southwest Washington
• Mid Valley Soccer League (MVSL) - OYSA sanctioned competitive league operated by Keizer Soccer Club in the central Willamette Valley
• Kidsports Klassic League (KKL) - OYSA sanctioned competitive league operated by Emerald Kidsports in the southern Willamette Valley
• Southern Oregon Classic League (SOCL) - an OYSA sanctioned competitive league managed by Rogue Valley Soccer Club in southern Oregon
No OYSA Qualifying Tournament
• PML summary:
• boys and girls from U11 Developmental (U10) - U14
• 2 or more divisions in each age/gender group from U11-U14
• Top Division is OYSA Premier League
• high school boys from U15-U19 (mostly Washington teams)
• Oregon teams - $725 for 10 game season
• SOCL, KKL, and MVSL will each establish its own age groups, divisions, and fees
• Far West Regional League Northwest Division for highest level competitive teams in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, northern Utah and western Montana
• Boys and girls ages U13-U15
• 3 Playing weekends in August, September, and October allow teams to play in both FWRL and another league in the teams’ State Associations
• All FWRL teams are eligible for the State Championships tournament in their State Association
Tournaments:
League Champions Cup
• Top 2 teams in U12-U14 girls and boys in each regional league (max of 48 teams total) are eligible

Oregon Presidents Cup
• Part of US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup
• Spring 2012
• Open to any Oregon team in OYSA regional competitive league (except teams in FWRL)
• U13-U17 age/gender group winners advance to Region IV Presidents Cup
• Details TBA Fall 2011
Oregon State Championships
• Part of US Youth Soccer National Championships Series
• Spring 2012
• Open to any Oregon team in OYSA regional competitive league and Oregon teams in FWRL
• U12-U19 age/gender group winners advance to Far West Regional Championships in Phoenix, AZ in June 2012
