• Club Management v4.3.006 for Access 2000 update - Access 2000 format only (1.9M).  You must have installed Club Management v4.x already.  This is an update of the 'ClubManagementv4.mde' file only.  After downloading this file, when you execute it, the extraction will default to the C:\Program File\Club Management directory, if you installed somewhere else you will need to correct the path. Updated 7/22/07.
  Note: Vista users download this file, UpdateClubManagementV430006forAccess2000.zip. Manually, open the zip file and extract the updated file, overwriting your current file. I can not get my updater to work with Vista security.

• Club Management v4.3.006 for Access XP/2003 update - Access XP/2003 format only (1.9M). You must have installed Club Management v4.x already.  This is an update of the 'ClubManagementv4.mde' file only.  After downloading this file, when you execute it, the extraction will default to the C:\Program File\Club Management directory, if you installed somewhere else you will need to correct the path.  Updated 7/22/07.

• Current Districts - This is the current Districts list for Club Management (124K).  This list is maintained by the OYSA Registrar, club added;  renumbered 711814 to 711614 - Northwest Soccer and Scouting Association. File updated: 9/10/2007.

Club Management v4.3.006 contains: (7/22/2007)
1. Removed data entry formatting on on the Member 'Birth date' and 'Reported to State' fields.
2. Added 'Team Roster - Certified' report…No personal data other than DOB.
3. Modified 'Transfer: Team/Member Data' to be compatible when running on Vista.

Club Management v4.3.005 contains: (4/18/2006)
1. Updated Background Disclosure report.
2. Added ability to select Club Registrars name when printing Team Registration.
3. Imported latest District definitions.

Club Management v4.3.004 contains: (8/29/2005)
1. Added ability to select Club Registrars name when printing Certified Team Roster.
2. Added new export 'Transfer: ASCII Team Data Export'. This export includes all teams, even if a coaches is not assigned. Note: If there is more than one coach assigned to a team, the team will be listed for each coach.
3. Modified Find: Team data grid to allow manual sorting by column and in grid editing of Team name.

Club Management v4.3.003 contains: (7/11/2005)
1. Fix to the Enhanced ASCII Import...was not adding email addresses when present.

Club Management v4.3.002 contains: (3/21/2005)
1. Added Labels One Per Family with Team Criteria.

Club Management v4.3.001 contains: (2/12/2005)
1. Corrected error that prevented Enhanced ASCII import of Spring team data.

Club Management v4.3.0 contains: (1/22/2005)
1. Updated the 'OYSA Registration Change' reports to the new format.

• Windows Update.  Get the latest updates available for your computer's operating system, software, and hardware.
• Microsoft Office Update.  Scan your computer to find Office updates needed.
• Jet Compact Utility.  You data file can become corrupted.  This tool can repair and compress your data file, keeping it in working condition.
• MS Access runtime installer...same as found on the CD.  If you do not have Access 2000 or Access 2002/XP, this will install an Access 2000 runtime version.
