Why We Sanction

Oregon Youth Soccer sanctions local tournaments to provide a standard process where coaches, parents and players can easily know that the tournaments they are considering adhere to specific guidelines including referee standards, league rules, field standards, game time, referees and spectator regulations.

OYSA is also able to then publish the list of sanctioned tournaments to provide a directory of approved competitions for the membership to find opportunities in their area.

Register Your Tournaments

To host a tournament with OYSA please complete the following packet based on the age group formation structure your tournament plans to implement. If you are planning on using the Birth Year (1/1 – 12/31) structure, complete this packet. If your tournament plans to use the new seasonal year (8/1 – 7/31) structure, complete the following packet. Once your packet is completed email to Ian Miller at ian@oregonyouthsoccer.org.

Rogue Valley Timbers Soccer Club – Rogue Memorial Challenge – May 23-25, 2026

Portland City United Soccer Club – 2026 PCU Summer Classic – July 10-12, 2026

Portland City United Soccer Club – PCU Rose City Classic – August 15-16, 2026
