Instructions to print rosters, digital player cards, and input scores HERE

Beginning Fall 2026, we will be introducing a new League Structure with National 1 League sitting at the top of the pyramid.

This new format introduces National 1, the country’s highest team-based platform competition.

To apply to be a part of National 1, or to see other information about it, please refer to the National 1 page here.

Beginning Fall 2026, the State Conference League (SCL) will be the main non-platform league in Oregon.

For those clubs not participating in N1 or outside leagues, the SCL represents the highest level of state-wide competition with the most consistent and predictable playing structure in Oregon.

The SCL teams will play in September and October, and will be eligible for State Cup and Presidents Cup competitions. SCL teams are not eligible for Founders Cup.

COST: $971

Registration/Payment Deadline is August 4th at 5 pm
– $100 late fee for any team that pays after this deadline
– August 4 at 5 pm – Field Inventory for September & October due
– August 9 at Noon – Schedule Request Forms due

GAME WEEKENDS: September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

Our RCL teams are those teams that value solid, consistent localized competition, but not having to travel all over the state.

Our games in the RCL will be played regionally. Having the North, Central, and South regions will mean that each team will be able to travel within a specified, limited distance to play their soccer.

Teams in the RCL will be eligible for all three cup competitions within OYSA (State, President’s, Founders).
