WINTER LEAGUE 2026 – U15 – U19 – Important Dates

Beginning Fall 2025, we will be introducing a new League Structure. This new format allows more inclusivity and allows clubs that have opted to participate in ECNL, GA, and MLS Academy leagues to still participate in OYSA when they are not playing those games.

In 2025 this conference will only be available to those clubs playing in ‘platform’ leagues, external to OYSA.

COST: $1004

Registration/Payment Deadline is December 9th at 5 pm
– $100 late fee for any team that pays after this deadline
– December 9 at 5 pm – Field Inventory for January, February & March due
– December 16 at 12pm – Seeding Meeting for Club DOC’s only.
– December 16 at 12 pm – Schedule Request Forms due

GAME WEEKENDS: January 10 (Optional Start Date), 17 (Mandatory Start Date), 24, 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28, March 7**, 14

CUP OPTIONS: Teams playing in PCL are eligible to play State Cup or Presidents Cup. They are not eligible for Founders Cup.

**COLLEGE WEEKEND**: All U18 & U17 games the weekend of March 7 will be played in Salem as part of a College Recruiting Showcase

For those clubs not participating in the PCL or outside leagues, the SCL represents the highest level of state-wide competition with the most consistent and predictable playing structure in Oregon.

The SCL teams will play in February and March and will be eligible for State Cup and Presidents Cup competitions. SCL teams are not eligible for Founders Cup.

**COLLEGE WEEKEND**: All U18 & U17 games the weekend of March 8 will be played in Salem as part of a College Recruiting Showcase Premier Silver teams may be involved in this weekend.

Our RCL teams are those teams that value solid, consistent competition, but not on a statewide level.

Our games in the RCL will be played regionally. Having the North, Central, and South regions will mean that each team will be able to travel within a specified, limited distance to play their soccer.

Teams in the RCL will be eligible for all three cup competitions within OYSA (State, President’s, Founders).

OYSA reserves the right to expand or consolidate age groups, divisions, or regions as necessary to ensure competitive balance and equitable scheduling.
